The shipping time consists of two sections:Processing Time+Shipping Time
Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks, and packaging. For all orders, we will send you an email to confirm the stocking time, so please consider the actual confirmed time as the reference.
Shipping Time: The time is taken to arrive at the destination after dispatch from our warehouses.
We use a high-security checkout procedure on our site to protect both the customer and support@happyarcadian.com. This extends our processing time to 5-7 working days as we fully verify our customers and fulfill orders.
Happyarcadian offers free shipping on all orders.Please make sure that the shipping address you fill in is accurate, changing your address will be a hassle.Total delivery time includes factory processing time as well as shipping time.
When your package is over 32'' or more (which it usually is), we will ship it by ocean freight and it may be dispatched by truck upon arrival at the port. Delivery times are listed below:
Due to the relocation of our furniture warehouse, the item is currently out of stock. Rest assured, we can still produce it with the same craftsmanship; we just ask for your patience.

Note:
1）For large items, if the package size is more than 39 inches (100 cm), we will use sea freight and the shipping time is 5 - 7 weeks. We hope you can understand.
2) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed.
3) If an order has been shipped but the customer refuses to accept delivery, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, transportation costs from the factory to the consignee's address, material handling fees, and any costs incurred due to the destruction of the product after refusal.
If you cancel an order while it is in transit, a cancellation fee of 30% will be applied.
