Round Chandeliers

A round fixture softens a room full of straight lines. It is the shape to reach for over a round table, in a square entry, or anywhere the ceiling is the first thing a guest looks at. For every other silhouette, see all chandeliers.

Shapes, rooms and hanging heights

Round crystal chandeliers

Circular frames strung with K9 crystal, crystal balls or natural rock crystal - the largest group here, and the one that carries a formal room. Browse the wider crystal chandelier range for other shapes.

Rings and circles

Single rings, stacked tiers and offset circles in brushed brass, bronze and nickel. Multi-ring designs suit a double-height stairwell, where they are seen from two floors at once.

Globes and orbs

Hand-blown glass spheres and open orb cages - a lighter, less formal read than crystal. See also glass chandeliers.

Where a round chandelier works

Over a round dining table, aim for a diameter around half the table width and hang it 30 to 36 inches above the surface. In an entry, keep the bottom of the fixture at least 7 feet off the floor. For stairwells see stairs and foyer chandeliers.
