Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks, and packaging. For all orders, we will send you an email to confirm the stocking time, so please consider the actual confirmed time as the reference.

ORDER & TRACKING
When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 6 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping and this normally takes 5-7 business days. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.
Notes:
1) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 5-7 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
2) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed.
3) If an order has been shipped but the customer refuses to accept delivery, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, transportation costs from the factory to the consignee's address, material handling fees, and any costs incurred due to the destruction of the product after refusal.
If you cancel an order while it is in transit, a cancellation fee of 30% will be applied.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 30 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email (support@happyarcadian.com.) at first.
For products received between December 24, 2023 and December 31, 2023, the return period is extended to January 31, 2024.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
- All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
Non-returnable items:
- On sale items are non-refundable.
- Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.
General Return Process
- Initiate a return: Please email us at support@happyarcadian.com. with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
- Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
- Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
Return Charge
- If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
- Within 30 days of the receipt of your order, if there is any manufacturer defect, you may return for a 100% refund. (NOTE: If there is any manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours and take photos and videos to show us the defect for us to verify.) If there is no manufacturer defect and you simply changed your mind or want a different size, you still can return it. You will be responsible for both shipping cost. you are responsible for the shipping costs from our factory to your address and ensure that the product is sealed in the original packaging and in resalable condition. when we receive the goods, we will subtract the cost of shipping from the refund amount, you will also need to return the goods to our warehouse at your own expense.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
- If you haven’t received the refund within 7-10 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@happyarcadian.com.

Order Cancellations
- For the products, you can cancel your order for free within 24 hours after placing it. If you cancel after 24 hours, a 30% cancellation fee and material costs will apply. If the product is already in production, or If the order is ready for shipment and you wish to cancel,you will need to pay for all material costs; please contact the customer service for specific amounts.
If you force a cancellation after shipping, a 50% fee will be charged. You can initiate the return process after receiving the fixtures.
Additionally, please note that all large fixtures in the store are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Q: How do I know which power supply to use?
A: First Determine the application environment(indoor dry, indoor damp, and outdoor), Not all power supplies can be used in every application. Second, calculate the total wattage of the tape light that will be used, to calculate wattage, multiply the total number of feet by the W/ft. Finally, select a power supply that is equal to or more than the total wattage of the tape light. U.S. conventional voltage: 110 ~ 120V. European conventional voltage: 120 ~ 240V. We can also customize it according to your needs.
